STANDARD UK DELIVERY

Samples are sent 1st class free of charge with Royal Mail.

DELIVERY TO REST OF EUROPE

European delivery costs will depend on the weight of the items purchased. The delivery charge will be presented at checkout depending on the items in your basket.

DELIVERY TO REST OF WORLD

International delivery costs will depend on the weight of the items purchased. The delivery charge will be presented at checkout depending on the items in your basket.

DISPATCH & AVAILABILITY

All goods on our website are made by hand or printed to order and sometimes there may be a 6-8 week wait until more material can be printed. We will usually have enough in stock to cover your order but please contact us before placing your order to check stock levels and current lead time.

Providing your items are in stock we will aim to dispatch your order to you within 5 working days,

If items are out of stock we will aim to ship them within 6 weeks.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us fanny@fannyshorter.com and let us know that you would like a refund and we will help you with the return. We cannot accept returns of cut fabric or fabric that has been altered or hung. Returns and exchanges of fabric in other circumstances shall be accepted only at the sole discretion of Fanny Shorter or if the goods are damaged or faulty.

Please note that Sale items and items from Seconds Sales cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning unwanted products to us, nor refund the initial delivery cost. Please also ask for proof of posting when returning items to us for your records.

We will aim to make refunds using the same method used by you to pay for your purchase.
