TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with Fanny Shorter.  The terms will not affect your statutory rights.  By using the site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.  

PLACING AN ORDER

We are pleased to accept online order transactions via our secure server.  All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorized by the card issuer.  If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No binding contract will exist between us until we have accepted the order.  All goods are sold subject to availability and maybe placed on back order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill any part of the order, we will refund your card as soon as practical and in any case within 21 days.

PRODUCT PRICING & CONTENT

Every effort is made to ensure images and colours shown on the site match as closely as possible to those of the actual products and due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.  

All prices are show in pounds sterling.  The final price quoted on the payment page is the price on the goods including delivery to the stated destination.  

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability to makes sure that they are accurate at the time of going online.   Data entry errors or other technical issues may result in errors.  In such cases it is not required to honour incorrect pricing. 

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.  The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order.

CANCELLATION

You may return any product except cut fabrics to us within 14 working days after the day you received the order. Cut fabrics cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty. All goods must be returned to us within 14 days. Items received later than this will only be accepted for return at our discretion and if accepted will be refunded as a credit note only.

CANCELLATION OF BESPOKE ORDERS

In accordance to the Distance Selling and Online Trading Regulations Fanny Shorter products which have been made to the customer specifications are exempt from standard cancellation rights.

Cancellations are offered subject to the discretion of Fanny Shorter. Please contact us at studio@fannyshorter.com if you wish to cancel an order. 

RETURNS

Please note we are not able to refund any cut fabrics or opened rolls of wallpaper (unless faulty). Please check the fabric before cutting. We hope that you love your purchase but in the event that you are not happy with your items Fanny Shorter will exchange or refund products provided that they are returned in the original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for the returns address.

Please request a proof of postage.  Please note that goods being sent back to Fanny Shorter are your responsibility until they reach us.  Fanny Shorter cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.  Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded should an item be faulty.  

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Fanny Shorter until the final payment of all sums owing in respect to those goods has been received in full by us. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design of our website are and will remain property of Fanny Shorter.  

The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction or incorporation into any other work of part or all the material available on this website in any form is prohibited without permission.
