Screen printed ‘Fig’ cushion printed on both sides and piped with matching linen.

This design is from 'Garden of the Gods', a collection of screen-printed interiors fabrics and furnishings inspired by the Greek island of Corfu and zoologist Gerald Durrell's books narrating his time spent there as a child in the 1940s.

'Fig' depicts Hiawatha, a hoopoe rescued by Gerry in 'My Family and Other Animals', hiding in a fig tree.
